These terms of use cover the QR Menu services offered through menustry.com. All visitors and restaurant owners ("User") using the site are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Menustry allows restaurants to create digital menus and present them to their customers via QR codes. The scope of the service can be updated by Ribanier at any time.

2. User Obligations

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration,
• Using the system only for legal purposes,
• Not sharing content that violates the rights of others,
• Not engaging in attempts that threaten the security of the system.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, design, and content on the site belong to Ribanier. They cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

4. Disclaimer

Menustry cannot be held responsible for problems arising from system interruptions, data losses, or third-party links.

5. Right to Modification

Menustry reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes.
